Strengthening Female Football – dedicated coaching, mentoring, and expanded teams to support girls and women in football.

Continuous Club Improvement & Community Events – better communication, stronger programs, and more ways to connect with our Sharks family.

🦈 A Huge Thank You to Our Sharks Family!

Thank you to everyone who attended our Annual General Meeting on Monday night — it was one of the biggest turnouts in club history! 🙌 The strong attendance shows just how passionate our community is about the direction and future of Gladesville Sharks FC.

As our President said, it’s the combined effort of players, parents, coaches, managers, and volunteers that truly drives our club forward. Whether your contribution is big or small, it makes a difference — and last night’s positive, collaborative spirit showed exactly what makes the Sharks community so special. 💪

⭐ Life Membership Awards
A massive congratulations to Fran Love, who was nominated by Joe Calvi and unanimously approved as a Life Member of the Club! Fran’s dedication over the past 15+ years has been extraordinary, particularly her leadership through challenging times.

She joins our esteemed Life Members — Luke Filewood, Joe Calvi, Michelle Gaskill, Nate Rushton, and Garry Noel — who were all presented with commemorative awards recognising their outstanding contributions. 👏

Morrison Bay was awash with hot pink today as Day Two of the School of Sharks Holiday Camp unfolded.

🌞 38 kids. 4 coaches. 30 degrees. SPF 50+.
The result? A thousand smiles, endless football, and skills galore.

From non-stop games to fun challenges, the energy was electric — and honestly, we’re not sure who enjoyed it more, the kids or the coaches! 🦈⚽

We’re back tomorrow for the final day of camp for 2025, closing out another incredible year of Sharks School Holiday football fun.

🌟 Sharks at the Sydney FC Kiama Football Festival! 🌟

Our U08s boys took the field on Saturday against some fierce competition — 16 teams from across Sydney and the Illawarra region.

Across a huge day of football:

7 games played
6 wins, 1 loss
35 goals scored
Ranked 3rd overall

The boys played with heart, spirit, and sportsmanship — and we couldn’t be prouder of the effort they gave.

Goals, saves, and teamwork lit up the pitch, but the real highlight was they had an absolute blast! That’s what Sharks football is all about! Its not always about winning, its about how you play the beautiful game.

Thank you Kiama, such a stunning part of the world, you really turned it on, absolutely cracking day and we reckon the boys’ bright pink jerseys stole the show. 💖

While we didn’t take home the trophy, we were lucky winners of the signed Sydney FC XBOX at the post-tournament Sydney FC event at Kiama Leagues Club.

A massive thank you to Sydney FC and Kiama Junior Football Club for hosting such a fantastic weekend of football and fun. See you again in 2026!
