Gladesville Sharks FC is thrilled to partner with Sydney FC to launch the Sky Blue Pathways In-Club Training Program – a unique weekly coaching initiative designed to nurture the next generation of confident, skilled footballers.

This program offers more than just training. It opens the door to elite development opportunities by connecting local talent directly with Sydney FC’s professional A-League pathways. Led by experienced coaches and grounded in a structured, player-focused curriculum, every session helps young players grow their skills, build confidence, and dream big.

14 Week Professional Coaching Program

One structured session per week, led by qualified Male & Female Sydney FC coaches alongside Sharks FC club coaches.

Core Skills Development

Sessions focus on the 4 fundamental football skills: 1v1 ability · Striking the Ball · First Touch · Running with the Ball

Coach Development

Dedicated education sessions to support our volunteer coaches and raise the standard of coaching across the club.

Sydney FC Player Appearances

Meet your heroes! Two visits from Sydney FC A-League Men’s or Women’s players across the season.

Official Merchandise & Tickets

Every participant receives a general admission ticket to a Sydney FC home game at Allianz Stadium and co-branded training kit.

Game Day Experiences

Exclusive opportunities for participants to join match day activities like stadium laps, half-time heroes and mascot appearances.
